The Toshiba Strata DK24, DK56, DK96, DK96L (1990-1995) were analogue telephone systems which incorporated a mixture of EKT (Electronic Key Telephones), Analogue extensions and analogue device connectivity (fax, modem, cordless etc.)
The Toshiba Strata DK16, DK40, DK280 and CT (1995-2002) were and still are digital telephone systems with analogue or digital (ISDN) line connections, plus a mixture of DKT (Digital Key Telephones), Analogue extensions and analogue device connectivity (fax, modem, cordless etc.) Applications started to appear on this platform such as Voicemail and Call / Contact Centre Software.
The Toshiba Strata IP-CTX100, IP-CTX670 (2002 onwards) were and still are IP hybrid telephone systems with analogue, digital & IP trunk and extension interfaces. Applications that were present on this platform included: Voicemail, Call Centre Software, IP Softphone, IP Networking, SIP & WiFi Connectivity, Call Management Software (Call Logging / CMS) and Call Recording.
Upgrade Path
The Toshiba IP-CIX Platform is the upgrade path for all of the systems listed in this legacy section.
