Information
If you are already familiar with our On Line Billing service then please
select the Billing Log in link provided and continue with your enquiry.
However should you require further information on how to use this
section then the following information will assist you in your enquiry.
In order to view your latest bill on line, you will firstly need
to obtain a personalised user name and password from Talking Technology.
Please either call us on 020 8410 4400 or use the Obtain Password link
provided on this page.
Once you have received your personalised username and password
you need to select "Billing Login" on this page.
Once selected you will now be prompted for your username and password.
Please note that all letters should be entered in lowercase.
You will now have successfully entered our On Line Billing website:

The 4 main section of On Line billing are: -
- View Call Details
- Call Guardian
- Edit Account Details
- Change Password
View Call Details
This section is to allow you to either view call data on line or to download call data. By using the simple drop down menus, you are able to search and view various information.
Your paper bill only shows calls over 30p but on line you will see
all calls.
Viewing on line is easy. Simply change the dates, destinations,
originating number etc as required and click "All Calls".
The data requested will be shown on your screen. You can also select
the graph options too.
To down load your call data, select the information required as
above and click on Download. You will be presented with a file, which
you can save to your own network and view in Excel format.
Please note that the "To Date" is automatically set to
the last day of call records we have for you.
As we are only able to show up to 2 months data at a time, we strongly
recommend that you use our down load facility. Unfortunately Talking
Technology is not able to retrieve any back data for you.
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EXPERIMENT. DATA WILL NOT BE LOST AND THE SYSTEM
WILL NOT CRASH!
Call Guardian
This is a very useful tool that allows you to be alerted to specific information on your bill. This notification is sent to you by email. (You must complete the Edit Account Details in order to enable this).
Every month when you receive your bill you may find yourself looking through pages and pages of data, searching for calls that are either too expensive, too long or you may just be searching a particular number. In our call guardian section you have the options of being alerted to this information by email. You set the rules and we email you. The emails are once a month and will be sent at the same time as your bill.
Edit Account Details
Please keep us up to date with your contact details. Include your email address, as this will enable Call Guardian alerts. You can access Call Guardian through this section also.
Change Password
We generally ask you not to use this section. However, if for security reasons you do need to change your details then please also inform Talking Technology via email at billing@talktech.co.uk
