Least Cost Routing

Talking Technology can offer you Least Cost Routing. This enables you to make cheaper telephone calls, saving you up to 52% of BT standard cost. We can achieve this by programming your telephone system to select the cheapest route for any given destination.

We only use major carriers such as Energis and Worldcom, who offer the highest quality of service.

The are no set up costs for this services and your exisiting BT telephone number can be retained.

Additional features of the service include Cost Centre Coding, which is available on most of our telephone systems. This enables you to identify which extension has made which call, thus eliminating any abuse of your telephone system.

We also offer you the ability to view your fully itemised telephone bills over the internet and organise your bill into any format that suits you.

We can also offer you the Call Guardian service that will send you an email if any calls are made on your system that do not match your specified criteria. For example, if you would like to be kept informed of calls costing more than £3.00, or calls made outside office hours these can be emailed to you.
