| When a call to your phone forwards to voicemail it goes into someone else’s mailbox. |

| From your phone press the SPKR button followed by #656 91 XXX redial. (XXX= your ext no.) If using a standard phone (SLT): From your phone pick up the handset and dial #656 91 XXX #. (XXX = your extension number) This resets the call forward voicemail destination to your mailbox, removing any corrupt entries. |

| From your phone press the SPKR button followed by #657 92 XXX redial (XXX= your extension number). If using a standard phone (SLT): From your phone pick up the handset and dial #657 92 XXX #. (XXX = your extension number) This resets the message reply path to voicemail, removing any corrupt entries. |

If using a standard phone (SLT): From your phone pick up the handset and dial #604 YYY * ZZ # YYY= Ext no. of the voicemail. ZZ= Delay time in seconds you want the call to go to voicemail if not answered (Usually 15 is about right) |

| Press the message key again to check that no one else has left you a message, as all extensions on the system can leave message lights on your phone. If you are taken into voicemail again hang up and do the following: Press SPKR #409. This will clear one message at a time, so if there are three messages left on your phone, dial #409 three times. |

| If using a digital phone with a display (System keyset): Press the SPKR button followed by #621 Press the # key to convert from numbers to letters Press the numeric key that has the letter that you want to use on it, then press 0 to scroll through the 3 letters available (use 1 for Q, Z and space, use * to go back a space) When you have finished entering the name press the SPKR button to store. If using any other type of phone the name must be programmed from port 000 (Usually Reception or extension 200): Press Mode followed by 70 Press the SPKR button followed by #621 Press the Page button Enter the Extension Number of the phone you want to change the name on Press the Page button again Press the # key to convert from numbers to letters Press the numeric key that has the letter that you want to use on it, then press 0 to scroll through the 3 letters available (use 1 for Q, Z and space, use * to go back a space) When you have finished entering the name press the SPKR button to store Press Mode followed by 71 |
