In order to view your latest communications bill online, you will firstly need to obtain a personal user name and password from TalkTech. Please call us on 020 8410 4400 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to provide you with your login details.
Once you have received your personal user name and password, select the link opposite to continue.
This section allows you to either view call data online or to download call data. By using the simple drop down menus, you can search and view all the available information. Simply change the dates, destinations, originating number, etc. as required and click “All Calls” (you can also select the graph options.)
Select the information required as above and click on Download. You will be presented with a file, which you can save to your own network and view in Excel format.
Please note that the “To Date” is automatically set to the last day of call records we have for you.
As we are only able to show up to 2 months data at a time, we strongly recommend that you use our download facility.
This is a very useful tool that notifies you about specific information on your bill – alerts are sent to you by email. (You must complete the Edit Account Details to enable this).
If, when you receive your bill you regularly find yourself looking through pages and pages of data, searching for a particular number, or for calls that are either too expensive or too long, our call guardian section is for you. You set the rules and when you’re sent your bill, you’ll also receive your Call Guardian email.
Please keep us up to date with your contact details.
We generally ask you not to use this section. However, if for security reasons you do need to change your details then please also inform TalkTech via email at email@example.com
